Job openings – come and join a new health team!

The Well Together ‘in the community’ Programme is a new collaborative health project – led by Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action and CFO – to work with the voluntary sector and community groups to address health inequalities and support prevention in key areas of Oxfordshire.

The Well Together Programme will provide substantial prevention funding directly to existing and new social infrastructure organisations and groups in 10 priority areas in Oxford, Banbury and Abingdon.

We are recruiting for a 2 part-time Community Capacity Builders for this exciting 2-year programme.

We are looking for people who enjoy and have experience of working with both the voluntary sector and the public sector. You don’t need to be an expert in health or voluntary engagement but you do need to have energy, enthusiasm and perhaps a little tenacity!

We are committed to building a culturally diverse workplace and welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds, particularly from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic candidates and people with disabilities, as they are currently underrepresented within our organisations.
