Introduction to the Well Together Team

Hello everyone,

We’re the Well Together team, and we’ve recently started at OCVA and Community First Oxfordshire (CFO) to work on a new programme focused on addressing health inequalities in Oxfordshire.

Through the Well Together programme, we’ll be providing funding and support for new and existing organisations in 10 priority areas. We’ll be building on the learning from the community insight profiles, and from existing grants, to fund activities that support health and wellbeing within these communities at a local level.

As a team, we’ll be available to support groups and organisations throughout the process. Whether groups need help with their applications and understanding whether they’re eligible, support with evaluations, or guidance on how to expand the reach and impact of that activities – we’re here to help.

In the new year we’ll be planning in-person information sessions in the priority areas, talking more about Well Together and answering questions you may have. We’ll promote these sessions in future issues of Pulse, and we look forward to hearing your ideas and suggestions.

Our Well Together webpage and Expression of Interest forms are now live, which can be accessed here. We can also be reached via [email protected]

Best wishes,

Ellie, Jane, Dolcie and Rachel.
