A little clarity for community minibus schemes – now here!

The Department for Transport (DfT) has released guidance regarding the use of Section 19 and 22 community minibus permits for schemes which fall under the short distance exemption. The main point, and one in which means a small sigh of relief for many minibus schemes,
is that these schemes do not need to reapply for s.19/s.22 permits if they have current permits as the guidance applies to their current licence.
